- Acting in your own capacity (not on behalf of a business for commercial insurance)
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using the Service. Providing false or misleading information may result in insurance policies being void or claims being rejected. We accept no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information you provide.
4. Our role
Our role is to:
- Collect your details via the comparison form
- Pass those details to FCA-regulated insurance advisors
- Facilitate a connection between you and those advisors
We do not:
- Provide financial advice
- Recommend specific insurance policies
- Guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any quote presented to you
- Act as an agent of any insurer
5. No obligation
Using the Service does not oblige you to purchase any insurance policy. You are free to accept or decline any quotes presented to you by advisors. Advisors are required by FCA regulation to treat you fairly and provide suitable advice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of CompareYourCover.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompareYourCover.com is not liable for:
